Go Together.

Supporting yourself through change is hard.

Sure, you'll be able to do it alone.

Or you can do it with the support of people who love you and will stand in belief with you as you move along that journey.

Why wouldn't you do that for yourself?

My invitation to you:

1. Let go of feeling like you've gotta do it all by yourself. Letting go of the idea that needing support means that you are incapable or weak or not there yet. Let that go. Kill it. Done. Let it go.

2. Ask yourself, "What would it feel like for me to have a team of people?" Who can I text to stand in the gap with and for me? Who can encourage me? Who can remind me of who I mean to be? Who can just stand with me in this moment and hold me up and reflect the person I mean to me back at me? What would it feel like to have that for yourself? Breathe that in for a minute.

3. Sit in the feeling of what it would be like to have a team, and make a list of who those people might be for you. People who have your back, who reflect, who you mean to be back at you, who stand in the gap for you, who are like your people, and then who are those people for you.

As you move into this new year, my hope is that you go...

Go forward.

Grow.

Evolve.

Together.

Rooting for you always,

Aisha
