How would you tend to yourself
if
you were your most beloved garden?

THE GARDEN CLUB

The mastermind community for senior leaders and business owners who are committed to living and leading in a more sustainable way.

I won't lie: I am creating The Garden Club for me...

As a coach and business owner who cares deeply about my work, it's easy for me to work all the time. Striving to be the best for my clients, reading books for our personal development, managing day-to-day operations, and taking courses to learn how to maintain and grow our business–all of those things come naturally.

But my work is not all of who I am, and if I’m not intentional about pouring into myself as much as I do my business, my work will take over my whole garden.

I have to create a sustainability practice.

I want to create a practice where I walk my garden to see that everything is growing in its place.

I want to create a practice…

Where I nourish and pour into myself

Where I cut back anything that might be overgrowing and smothering out other plants in my life.

Where I enjoy the fruits of my labor, where I indulge joyfully.
Where I refresh between seasons, to pause and breathe like soil.

I want to create a practice rooted in sustainability, so I can make an impact and have the energy to enjoy it.

And if that’s what you want too…join me.

The Garden Club is for coaches and business owners who want to create a practice for living and leading in a more sustainable way.

It's for those who crave the joy, depth of connection, creativity, and expansiveness that comes from being in a like-minded, diverse community of your peers.

It's for those of us who are ready to tend ourselves like our most beloved garden, to make sustainability part of our way of being.

Our Core Beliefs

  • We are both the garden and the gardeners of our lives.

  • We position ourselves to make an impact over the long haul by making sustainability an integral part of our practice.

  • We live and model being of service to ourselves and serve others from our overflow.

  • We tend to ourselves with the love and care of a master gardener.

Six Principles of Sustainability

Become the Master Gardener of Your Life

As a member of TGC, you'll create your sustainability practice rooted in the Six Principles of Sustainability, which you will create at the first retreat.

For those who commit to giving themselves a year to make sustainability a practice, we will meet in person two additional times for an all-inclusive seasonal retreat, where we unplug, rest, reflect, and cultivate joy for ourselves and each other.

We meet virtually between retreats on the last Friday of each non-retreat month to reflect on our sustainability practice.

  • What feeds your soul?

    How are you nourishing yourself?

What seeds are you planting, watering, nurturing?

  • Where is your energy?

What’s charging your batteries? Draining your batteries?

What are you noticing about yourself?

  • Where do you feel tension?

What feels like a threat to your growth, harvest, energy?

  • What is it time to let go of?

Where should you redirect energy to maximize growth, impact, and fulfillment?

  • How are you acknowledging yourself?

Enjoying the fruit of your garden?

    Affirming/celebrating yourself?

    Having fun?

  • What would a refresh look like for you?

What would it look like to give yourself time to breathe/rest?

How might you prepare yourself for the next season?

Let’s be clear…
This is not a coaching container.

You and I both know we have enough of those.

This is a being container, a space where tending to ourselves is the practice…a place where you can rest, indulge, and most importantly, prioritize enjoyment in an expansive, joyful, connected community of your peers.

Expected Questions

Have questions that aren't answered here? Send me a message on LinkedIn, and I'll send you a voice-recorded response.

  • The Garden Club is an intimate mastermind community for business owners and senior leaders who are clear about who they are and the work they do and want support with sustainability.

To make sure this is the right container for you, there's a preliminary discovery call before joining.

  • Learning to live and lead in a more sustainable way is 100% worth your investment of time and resources. Even if The Garden Club only provided a personal retreat where you got to unplug, reflect, and refresh–the impact of this experience would be tremendous. We all know what it's like to be so long overdue for a break that when we finally do, we only get ourselves back to zero–which doesn't allow us to serve from the overflow. Or we give ourselves the break we need only to come back to reality and slip back into old habits. The Garden Club helps you finally make the six principles of sustainability a true practice while experiencing the joy, support, and accelerated growth that comes from being in community with others.

  • No. This is not a coaching container. This is a being container, a space where tending to ourselves is the practice with the added joy, support, and accountability of doing it in a community of your peers. We will have time/space to reflect on our sustainability plan, lend our insights, and act as thought partners for each other during the retreat.

  • The Garden Club will retreat together in person on the following dates:

    January 5-9

    March 30 - April 3

    June 30 - July 3

    September 30 - October 3

*Retreat locations will be shared at the January retreat.

  • My hope is that you’ll hold our retreat dates as sacred, not for us, but for yourself.

However, if you cannot make one of the retreats, let me know, and we’ll discuss your options.

  • The goal of the membership is to provide an indulgent, all-inclusive experience where you feel held, loved, encouraged, and supported.

The mastermind fee includes accomodations, airport transfers, food, and experiences for (4) mastermind retreats.

Also included are monthly mastermind calls (for non-retreat months) and access to our online community via Slack or Circle.

The Garden Club is for people who want help holding time for themselves sacred, something that will help them stay accountable to themselves and their sustainability practice. This is an 'all-in' experience.

  • I'm an introvert too–this program was designed with introverts in mind! These retreats are about you having space for yourself. There's no heavy programming, no sessions you have to attend. It's about you doing you with other people who are there to do them. I'm helping you put the time on your calendar and hold it sacred.

  • I’d like to keep this container intimate with 10-12 members.
